I believe in design that follows function, but not at the sake of excluding beauty. When I mean design, I do not limit myself to web sites.
Design to me also means a perfectly put-together database, with well thought-out table structures, clear syntax and nomenclature.
Design means a user interface that not only passes muster, but excels in beauty, symmetry and efficiency.
I will also help you design the site in such a way that search engines will be able to index it properly and rank it accordingly.
I cannot help you "cheat" the search engines. Doing this will only get you banned from their listings, and besides, this goes against my principles.
I will help you work on your site's meta information, as well as the site's content.
The key to search engine optimization - as with most things - is to put in the hard work, then reap the results over time.
